Production and Fulfillment
We use Printful as our trusted printing, production, and fulfillment partner. This means that your order is custom-made just for you once you place it. Printful handles all aspects of printing, production, and shipping, ensuring high-quality products delivered right to your door.
Processing Time
- Order Production: Orders are typically processed and sent to production within 2–5 business days. This time frame may vary depending on the complexity of the design or product demand.
- Fulfillment: Once your item is printed and ready, it will be shipped directly from one of Printful’s global facilities to ensure the fastest delivery time possible.
Shipping Times
Shipping times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Domestic Orders: 5–12 business days after fulfillment.
- International Orders: 10–20 business days after fulfillment.
Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary based on factors such as carrier delays, customs processing for international shipments, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on your location, the size and weight of your order, and the chosen shipping method.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its progress. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after the package is shipped.
International Shipping
For orders shipped outside of [Your Country], customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs. Please check your country’s import policies for more information.
Address Changes

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders
While we and our partner Printful strive to ensure timely and secure deliveries, issues can occasionally occur:
- Lost Orders: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at teecloud51@gmail.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
- Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged, please email us photos of the damage within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll be happy to assist.
- Delays: While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
